Our Policy


After a full set or refill there will be a strict 48hr grace period right after your appointment where qualifying clients can return for a complimentary touch up if there are any issues or concerns with the eyelash extensions OR nails.
You must make time within 48 hrs of your appointment to get serviced for the complementary touch up & have followed the correct aftercare. If you do not come within the 2 days a touch up fee will be applied.

We do not honor free touch-ups if you are a first time client & coming in with lashes or nails from another establishment or are a returning client with lashes/nails from another establishment.

We do not honor a free touch up if you do not contact us and come into the salon to get your lashes or nails fixed within the first day after your appointment.

We do not honor free touch ups if after the 24 hour period you have not washed your lashes or followed the after care protocol .

We do not honor free lash touch ups if you have put on any mascara or any type of strip lash OR you have tried to fix your lashes/nails yourself and caused further damage.

If you cancel or reschedule your free touch up within 48 hours or no show you are no longer eligible for a free touch up.

If you are late 5 min. or more to the appointment your free touch up is not honored. For 30 min. Appointments please be aware it's not free once you are late.

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
ONCE APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE DEDUCTED WHEN PAYING AFTER YOUR SERVICE.

MUST HAVE 40% LASHES FOR REFILL
IF YOU BOOK A LASH REFILL AND HAVE LESS THAN 40% LASHES REMAINING YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REBOOK WITH A NEW DEPOSIT FOR A NEW SET

FOREIGN REFILL
IF YOU HAVE LASHES OR NAILS DONE FROM ANOTHER LOCATION YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20$ FOREIGN FILL FEE. IF APPLICATION FROM THE PREVIOUS LASH/NAIL TECH IS NOT DONE PROPERLY YOU WILL NEED A REMOVAL BEFORE I CAN WORK ON YOUR SET. (WE DO NOT WORK OVER OTHERS WORK WHO DO NOT MEET THE PROPER STANDARD OF APPLICATION)

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT
YOU MUST CONTACT BOUJEE LASHES 48 HRS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE SAME MONTH. IF YOU WANT TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER MONTH A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED, NO ACCEPTIONS.

NO CAFFINE
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO NOT DRINK ANY CAFFEINATED DRINKS THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS CAN MAKE YOUR EYES AND HANDS JITTERY / FLUTTER AND MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK ON.

COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH UPS ARE ONLY PROVIDED WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND ONLY IF YOU'VE FOLLOWED THE PROPER AFTERCARE FOR YOUR LASHES

STUDENT DISCOUNT - 20% OFF
STUDENT DISCOUNT IS VALID FOR ANYONE WHO HAS A STUDENT ID AND IS CURRENTLY ATTENDING SCHOOL. . (HIGHSCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY, ADULT HIGH SCHOOL ) YOU MUST PRESENT A VAILD STUDENT ID OF 2023/2024 AT THE TIME OF SERVICE TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT.

LATE = CANCELLATION
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE WITH A NEW DEPOSIT.

NO SHOWS
NO SHOWS WILL FORFEIT THEIR BOOKING DEPOSIT AND WILL HAVE TO PAY A NO SHOW FEE + NEW DEPOSIT TO REBOOK . WE ALWAYS CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT 1-2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS WITH OUR TIME AS WE ARE WITH YOURS. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR NO SHOWS AS THIS CAUSES A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON OUR BUSINESS.
IF YOU NO SHOW YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A 100$ NO SHOW FEE ALONG WITH THE NEW DEPOSIT TO GET SERVICED BY BOUJEE LASHES AGAIN.
