NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
ONCE APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE DEDUCTED WHEN PAYING AFTER YOUR SERVICE.

ONCE YOU ARE SERVICED THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS

LATE = CANCELLATION
IF YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER IS AT YOUR LOCATION AND YOU ARE LATE BY 15 MINUTES OR MORE YOUR APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE WITH A NEW DEPOSIT.
MAKE SURE TO SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY.

NO SHOWS
NO SHOWS WILL FORFEIT THEIR BOOKING DEPOSIT AND WILL HAVE TO PAY A NO SHOW FEE + NEW DEPOSIT TO REBOOK . WE ALWAYS CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT 1-2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS WITH OUR TIME AS WE ARE WITH YOURS. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR NO SHOWS AS THIS CAUSES A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON OUR BUSINESS.

IF YOU NO SHOW/NO CALL YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A 100$ NO SHOW FEE ALONG WITH THE NEW DEPOSIT TO GET SERVICED BY BOUJEE LASHES AGAIN.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENT
YOU MUST CONTACT BOUJEE LASHES 48 HRS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RESCHEDULE WITHIN THE SAME MONTH. IF YOU WANT TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANOTHER MONTH A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE NEEDED, NO ACCEPTIONS.

FOREIGN REFILL
IF YOU HAVE LASHES OR NAILS DONE FROM ANOTHER LOCATION YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 30$ FOREIGN FILL FEE. IF APPLICATION FROM THE PREVIOUS LASH/NAIL TECH IS NOT DONE PROPERLY YOU WILL NEED A REMOVAL BEFORE I CAN WORK ON YOUR SET. (WE DO NOT WORK OVER OTHERS WORK WHO DO NOT MEET THE PROPER STANDARD OF APPLICATION)

MUST HAVE 40% LASHES FOR REFILL
IF YOU BOOK A LASH REFILL AND HAVE LESS THAN 40% LASHES REMAINING YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REBOOK WITH A NEW DEPOSIT FOR A NEW SET

NO CAFFINE
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO NOT DRINK ANY CAFFEINATED DRINKS THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS CAN MAKE YOUR EYES AND HANDS JITTERY / FLUTTER AND MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK ON.

WEAR COMFY CLOTHING
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING AS YOU WILL BE SEATED OR LAYING DOWN FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
